Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gloss Drive Detailing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Terms

Booking and Cancellation

  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations require 12 hours notice
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee

Service Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our detailing services. If you're not satisfied with the results, we will:

  • Re-evaluate the service provided
  • Offer a re-service within 48 hours
  • Provide a partial or full refund if necessary

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Full refund for cancellations within 12 hours
  • Partial refund for service dissatisfaction
  • No refund for completed services unless quality issues are proven

Limitations of Liability

Gloss Drive Detailing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles
  • Loss of personal items left in vehicles
  • Delays due to weather conditions

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
